Background: A Massachusettes native, with Vermont roots, Dan moved to Vermont in 1977. Dan has also lived in Paris, France; County Clare, Ireland; and Charleston, South Carolina.

Prior to attaining a Broker's License in Vermont, Dan was licensed to sell real estate in Charleston.
Originally a cabinetmaker by trade, he has bought, renovated, and sold many properties of his own in both South Carolina and Vermont.

Interests: mountain biking, Irish traditonal music, cross-country skiing, working on old houses, golf, coaching youth sports, following the Red Sox, Patriots, and Bruins.

Favorite Book: Mont Saint Michel and Chartres by Henry Adams

Favorite Musicians: Tommy Peoples, Van Morrison, The Beatles, The Bothy Band, JS Bach, The Ceili Bandits.
