One Time Buyers Fee of $3,000 for 2005 (being raised to $4,000 in 2006)*. Annual dues and amenities fees can range from $2,790 to approximately $5,000* depending upon which amenities package you choose (golf, ski, tennis or all three). With a full amenity package, members do not pay greens fees, tennis fees, or fees to use the ski mountain. Also, the club does not have a food minimum.
