- A minimum security deposit of $500 is due within 14 days of booking
- Weekly summer rentals begin at 4p.m. Saturday through 11a.m. Saturday
- Minimum one week stay required for July and August; advanced reservations required
- Two night minimum stay required other times of year
- Winter monthly and long-term rates available upon request
