Coldwell Banker - Thank You to Those Who Participated in Our 17th Annual Toys For Tots Reception. This
year, in both of the Redpath offices in Hanover and Quechee, we sponsored our annual Toys for Tots
drive. We also sponsored the Angel Tree for the second year! It was a big success as our clients,
friends and coworkers adopted Angels and fulfilled a child’s wish. The Angel Tree was then donated to
a needy family in the Upper Valley. For more information about the 2009 Annual Toys
for Tots Program and the Angel Tree.

Amy Redpath of Coldwell Banker - Redpath & Co. asks you to help support the CHaD Half Marathon
The CHaD half marathon is UPON us - August 29th! It is going to be a great event with a superhero
theme as we are attempting to set the guinness book of world records for the most number of people
dressed as superheros in one location. There is something for everyone - a kids walk, a 5k walk, and the
option to do the whole half marathon or split it up into a relay.
If Ned Redpath and Buff McLaughry can be BATMAN and ROBIN, you can too! Would LOVE to see you there!

Redpath" raised $2055.

Coldwell Banker - Redpath holds an Annual Toys for Tots event that donates hundreds of toys to the
organization to distribute throughout the Upper Valley around the holidays. Last year, Coldwell Banker -
Redpath own Concierge, Jo Henning Dyer came up with a brilliant idea to incorporate an "Angel
Tree" into the Toys for Tots Reception. The "Angel Tree" allowed for participents
to have the ability to fill a child's particular wish. And wow! It was quite a success! December of
2008 was one of the company's most prosperous years in terms of donations from the clients and
public - despite the then failing state of the economy and tough business market. For more information
about the 2008 Annual Toys
for Tots Program and the Angel Tree.
